About us

We are rethinking how
recruitment runs

Beagler is one platform for the whole recruitment desk, with AI doing the repetitive parts so the people work gets your attention.

Our story

Built from behind
a recruitment desk

Beagler started in 2025, but the frustration behind it took a lot longer than that. We spent more than a decade in recruitment, seven of those years running our own agency, with a technical background alongside it.

Running that agency turned up a gap that never closed. There was no software built for recruitment agencies specifically. What existed was either priced for large enterprises, or affordable and missing half of what a desk actually needs. Neither option was much use to a small firm placing real candidates every week.

The tools we did try had the same shape of problem. Automation that was never really designed around how a recruiter works. Gaps you filled in yourself, with a spreadsheet or an hour of retyping. And a price that climbed long before the value did.

What that cost was ordinary, and constant. Every month we checked everything by hand. Not a final look over the numbers, but the process itself, because nothing in the setup could be trusted on its own. More than once we found out what a person was owed from the candidate rather than from our own records, on a call about an entirely different role.

None of that is a dramatic failure. It is just what happens when the placement lives in one system, the invoice lives in another, and what someone is owed lives in a spreadsheet. Nobody ends up holding the whole picture, including the person who is supposed to.

So we built the thing we had been looking for, from the recruiter's side of the desk rather than from a product roadmap. The rule we set at the start still holds: it has to be affordable to a recruiter anywhere in the world, and it cannot get there by taking things out.

There is one thing we will not build, whatever it might be worth: anything that works against the recruiters using it, or the candidates who trusted them with their details.

Why Beagler exists

Software should get
out of the way

Recruitment is a people business that somehow turned into a data entry job. An applicant tracking system for candidates. A separate CRM for clients. A spreadsheet for invoices. A calendar that knows nothing about either. And a recruiter in the middle, copying the same name between all four.

None of those tools are bad. The problem is the gaps between them. That is where the hour goes: retyping a resume into a form, working out which invoice belongs to which placement, remembering that a client has gone quiet for three weeks.

So we built one platform that holds all of it. Clients, roles, candidates, interviews, invoices, payroll and expenses in a single place, with AI reading the CVs, ranking the shortlist and chasing the follow ups. Nothing to reconcile, because there is only one system.

The measure we care about is simple. How much of your week goes back to talking to people, and how little of it goes on us.

Who we build for

Made for the people
who actually place candidates

Beagler is built for recruiting as a job, whether that is your own agency, an internal team, or just you.

Recruitment agencies

Run the whole desk in one place: clients and contacts, live roles, submissions, then the invoice and the payroll run that follow the placement.

In house teams

Hire for your own company without paying for an enterprise suite. Post the role, work the pipeline, keep hiring managers in the loop and approvals on record.

Solo recruiters

Everything a bigger team gets, priced for one person. Start on the free plan, keep your candidates and clients in one place, and move up only when the caps start to pinch.

What we value

The principles
behind the product

We build what gets asked for

Real problems first

Almost everything in Beagler exists because a recruiter described a problem they were having. We would rather ship one thing that fixes a real day than five that demo well.

You can see the price

No quote required

Our pricing is on the pricing page, in full, with what each plan includes. No demo gate, no annual lock in before you know the number, no surprise line on the invoice.

Candidate data is not ours

We are holding it, not using it

People trust you with their resume, their salary and their reasons for leaving. We encrypt it, keep every workspace strictly separate, and we do not train anything on it or sell it.

It should still work at ten times the size

Built to grow into

A desk with twelve candidates and a desk with twelve thousand should feel the same to use. Filters, search and reports are built for the second one.

Boring reliability

Up when you need it

Recruitment does not pause because software is having a bad day. We keep the platform steady, back it up daily, and publish a live status page you can check yourself.

Give the hour back

Less admin, more placements

Reading a resume into a form, chasing an invoice, remembering to follow up. If a computer can do it, it should, so your day goes on the parts that need a human.

What we do

One home for
the whole desk

Clients, job postings, candidates, interviews, invoicing, payroll and expenses in one place, with AI reading resumes, scoring candidates and handling the follow ups. On the web, on your desktop, on your phone, in six languages.
