How does the free trial work?

You get 30 days with every feature switched on, free. We do not ask for a card to start, so there is nothing to cancel if you decide Beagler is not for you. When the trial finishes you can pick a paid plan or drop onto the free one and carry on.

What do the plans cost?

There are three. Free stays at $0. Standard is $9.90 per user a month and Pro is $12.90 per user a month. Pay for a year in one go and two months are on us, which comes to $99 or $129 per user for the year.

Question 3

What is the difference between Standard and Pro?

Accepted Answer

Standard covers the recruiting day to day, so unlimited clients and job postings, invoicing, team collaboration, advanced filters and your public job portal. Pro adds the money and people side on top: employee records, payroll, expenses and the full reports, plus double the AI matching actions.

Is the free plan really free?

Accepted Answer

It is, and there is no time limit on it. You get 5 active clients, 5 active job postings, 30 candidate uploads a month and 5 invoices a month. Plenty of solo recruiters run on it quite happily and only move up when those caps start to pinch.

Can I add or remove people later?

Accepted Answer

Whenever you like. Add a recruiter the day they start and your bill grows from there. Take someone off and it shrinks again. You only ever pay for the people who are actually using Beagler.

Question 6

Am I tied into a contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Beagler is month to month unless you choose to pay yearly, and you can cancel yourself from your billing settings. There is no notice period, no exit fee and no retention call to sit through.

Question 7

How do I pay, and is it secure?

All the usual credit and debit cards, handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and never touch our servers.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your workspace stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for, so nothing disappears overnight. You can export your candidates, clients and invoices at any point, and if you would rather we helped you move everything out, just ask.
