• Service: The Beagler web and desktop application
• Business Account: A registered company workspace
• Administrator: Primary user with full permissions
• User: Any authorized employee or sub-user
• Content: Data uploaded or created within the platform
• Candidate Data: Personal data of job candidates

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have authority to act on behalf of a business
• Use Beagler only for lawful recruitment-related purposes

• Each business creates one account
• The registering user becomes the Administrator
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Credentials must be kept confidential

Beagler is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

• Beagler offers a 90-day free trial
• No credit card required during trial
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial terms

Paid plans (if introduced later) will be governed by separate billing terms.

You may use Beagler to:

• Manage clients and contacts
• Create and manage job postings
• Store candidate resumes and details
• Schedule interviews
• Generate and send invoices

You must ensure you have legal permission to process candidate data.

You may NOT:

• Upload unlawful or misleading content
• Use Beagler to spam or harass individuals
• Attempt to access another business's data
• Reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
• Use Beagler for non-recruitment purposes

• Administrators manage user permissions
• Users can only perform actions granted to them
• Beagler is not liable for misuse caused by improper permission assignments

• You retain full ownership of all data you upload
• Beagler acts as a data processor
• We do not sell or claim ownership of your data

• Manual backups are available
• Restoring a backup replaces existing data
• Beagler is not responsible for data loss caused by user-initiated restores

• Beagler aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance or outages may occur
• Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• The Service is misused
• Required by law

You may stop using Beagler at any time.

Beagler is provided"as is"and"as available". We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of data
• Hiring outcomes
• Business success

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Beagler shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Beagler LLC operates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website or within the Service. Continued use of Beagler after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
